Everything you didn't want to know about Hee Yun
but she chose to tell you anyway

Hi, it's me. My name is Jang Hee Yun ("Jang" is my family name and "Hee Yun" is my given name). I am glad that you found my page. I am 22 years old and now I'm in my second year of Computer Science Training Institute at Dongguk University in Seoul, South Korea. This coming semester I am taking courses in English, Buddhism, MIS, Unix, PC Telecommunication, and Internet. I am also working as a computer instructor for the Young Jae Computer School, where I train other students in DOS, Windows, Spreadsheets, and Word Processors.

For those of you who are not familiar with Korean names, let me tell you something more about my name. In Korea famliy names come first, and given names last. So, instead of saying "Hee Yun Jang", we Koreans would say "Jang Hee Yun". Yes, "Jang" is a common family (last) name among Koreans. Some others are Kim, Lee, Park, Shin,... This is my name: in Hangul - our beautiful language.

I live in Yongin, just south of Seoul, in an apartment with my family, (I live with my mom, dad and two younger sisters) and spend the rest of my time working, playing on my computers, reading, cooking, going to movies, singing, listening to music, and hiking outdoors with my friends. I HATE, though, shots, blood, public toilets, being sick, and other disgusting stuff! I have shoulder length black hair and dark brown eyes. I have the casual taste, but I dress up sometimes.

I believe that I am a very independent person. I don't like to depend on others (well that's basically the meaning of independent). I like to socialize with others and learn of their personality and life. I like to talk with my friends. Nevertheless, I still like to be alone at times to think about things.

I try to enjoy my life as much as I can. I used to hide from complicated things and reality as much as I can make my life easier for myself. But things just don't work out that way. From a very good friend of mine, I learned that one should face what he/she feared and he/she will accomplish what he/she has to do. Life will not be easier if it just seems easier. Also, I believe that a person should not "locked" or trapped him/her-self in a small world that he/she created for him/her-self, he/she should go out and face the world.   Anyways, I like meeting new people and learning about their lives. I like new things but sometimes I just want to stick with the old one because some things are made to last forever. Who am I to kid myself? Nothing lasts forever...

I like to "hang out" with my friends. I cherish every moment I can. Because life is short. You never know what will happen tomorrow. Do you agree?   I think people should enjoy life, no matter how harsh it can be. I think this way because I believe that anything can happen unexpectedly.

OTHER FEELINGS: I believe in LOVE and what love can do. But I think love is what messes a person's mind. I believe that love makes a person's life complicated and confusing. I still think falling in love is the greatest thing in the world. I think the biggest challenge in this world is to find the right person to love and be certain that he/she is the one you truly love. I feel that the word "love" is not something you can say right out when you meet someone, great consideration has to be taken in order to say that you truly love someone. For those who does not agree with me, please email me and tell me why.

MY NEEDS:  Someone that would care for me and love me the way I am, someone that would be there when I need a hug or for me to complain to. (that's not too much to ask, is it?) Maybe it is...  SOME PRIVACY!!

Hello! I'm Doggaebbie. (H?#LO! I%M ?DO#GA@B$B?E) I don't understand English so Hee Yun is helping me to write this. I'm not so bright, but I'm kind, sweet tempered, brave, liberated, strong, and capable of almost anything! Though I'm young and small, I can fly higher than Chinese Dragons, run faster than English Unicorns. Hee Yun is my best friend, but she does get awfully emotional sometimes! I love computer games and I hate school! When I grow up, I'm going to be President of the World! But I have to learn to write first! I'm usually busy teasing Hee Yun, but you can always find me on her web pages. I hope you will like me and OUR little home as much as many people do!
